Jr./Sr. High Clubs
There will be a call out meeting on Wednesday, September 7th during Advisory in room 301 for a new group. The purpose of this group is to highlight and address the unique issues facing our students who are Hispanic and to provide support and celebration to its members. See Mrs. Delagrange if you have questions.
All students in grades 7-12 are invited to the new club Celebrate Diversity. Every month we will get together to design, create, and decorate a big bulletin board display honoring a diverse group of Americans. We will start with Hispanic Heritage Month and go on to honor other groups, including Native Americans, Women, African Americans, Americans with Disabilities, and many more. If you like history, arts & crafts, snacks, and having fun, Celebrate Diversity would be a great after-school club for you! If you are interested, pick up a permission slip from Ms. Hockley in Room 509.
There will be an informational meeting for any student, Jr High and Sr High, interested in being a part of Lagrange County Teen Court on Tuesday, Sept 6th, during Advisory in Room 301.
Are you interested in joining a community service and philanthropy program? Have you been looking to get more community service hours in a flexible way? Well, lucky for you the Interact club is here to help! Wednesday, September 7th after school, is the call-out for members and for people interested in officer positions. Please be in room 216 (aka the community room) at 3:05. If you have any questions, feel free to find Xai Leu or talk to our sponsor, Mrs. Hartman in the office, for more information.
