Building Strong Character
We emphasize kindness, respect, responsibility, and collaboration, equipping our students to be positive friends and global citizens.

Social-Emotional Support
We implement Conscious Discipline strategies to foster an environment rooted in safety, connection, and emotional self-regulation. By teaching children how to manage their big emotions and resolve conflicts thoughtfully, we empower them to focus, learn, and grow.

Our Mission for Lakeland Primary School

Lakeland Primary School's mission is to create the best initial school experience possible for all students both academically and socially.

Our Vision for Lakeland Primary School

Lakeland Primary School will develop learners that are excited, curious, problem solvers who can apply knowledge for unique situations both independently and collaboratively.

Our Focus for the 2026-2027 School Year:

Embracing a Growth Mindset & “The Power of Yet”

We teach our students that learning is a journey. When faced with a challenge, we encourage them to shift from saying ”I can’t do this” to ”I can’t do this yet.” This builds resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to tackle complex problems.
