This Friday, November 10th @ 6:00pm, Lakeland Senior Taylor Wells - as part of his Senior Project - will spotlight his Christian Rap talents, along with several other local rappers at the Lakeland Auditorium. The guys will be promoting "living a positive lifestyle" throughout their songs & in the messages they relay to the audience. Taylor also plans to promote his mission efforts as well. Our condolences go out to the family of Mrs. Donna Wells. Mrs. Wells was a Lakeland graduate and served as a para-educator for 19 years at Wolcott Mills. She helped a lot of little Bulldogs during that time!
Sadly, we have learned of the passing of Mrs. Cathy Brown. Mrs. Brown served the children of Lima-Brighton for many years with love. Our sincerest condolences go out to her family.

Students from throughout LaGrange County had the opportunity to visit Purdue University on Wednesday, October 4th. Students learned a lot of about the Purdue experience including a great tour of the football facilities.
This visit was made possible through the 3E (Explore, Engage, Experience) Grant administered through the Northeast Indiana Educational Service Center, and led by College & Career Liaison Shannon Harmon. The next trip will be to Grace College on Tuesday, November 14th.
We had our 1st Title One night on the road tonight. We visited Neighbors of Pioneer Crossing in Howe today. We gave away books, games & hot dogs. Our next stop will be Monday, October 9th at Lima-Brighton Elementary School 5pm to 6 pm!
