Special Needs Meeting on September 15

Lakeland School Corporation will hold an informational meeting for parents of children with special needs who reside in the school corporation's attendance area and are home-schooled or attend a non-public school on Tuesday, September 15th, starting at 10:00 a.m.


The meeting will be held at the Lakeland School Corporation's Administrative Board Room,  0825 E 075N, LaGrange, IN 46761.

High Ability Programs
The Indiana Code defines a student with high abilities as one who:

  1. performs at or shows the potential for performing at an outstanding level of accomplishment in at least one domain when compared with other students of the same age, experience, or environment; and
  2. is characterized by exceptional gifts, talents, motivation, or interests.
